The accommodation contract is concluded upon confirmation of the booking by the provider. Bookings may be made in writing, by telephone or online.
The accommodation may be used exclusively for lodging purposes. Any commercial or other use is not permitted.
The accommodation may only be used by the registered guests. Subletting or transfer to third parties is not allowed.
Arrival is contactless via a digital access system. The access code will be provided on the day of arrival. Arrival is possible at any time of day or night.
The prices agreed at the time of booking shall apply. All prices include statutory VAT unless otherwise stated.
The total amount is payable before arrival or at the latest upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
Unless otherwise agreed, the minimum stay is 4 nights.
Cancellations must be made in writing. In the event of short-notice cancellation or no-show, we reserve the right to charge the agreed accommodation price in full or in part, provided the room cannot be re-let.
The house rules in force during the stay form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of violations, we reserve the right to terminate the stay prematurely.
In such cases, no refund shall be granted.
The guest is liable for all damages caused by themselves or accompanying persons to the accommodation, furnishings or inventory. Any damage must be reported immediately.
The provider shall only be liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. No liability is assumed for personal belongings brought into the accommodation.
If parking spaces are provided, this is done without a custody agreement. The provider accepts no liability for damage or theft involving parked vehicles.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Further information can be found in the privacy policy.
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
German law shall apply. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the provider.
